Feminism Ridiculousness at its best

anger-enjoyimages (22)I am seriously annoyed with some of the women in this country, it seems like no one understands what is important anymore. everywhere i look there are more women complaining. MY daughter likes pink and it bothers me, i am a woman and i deserve more rights, i am a woman so i should be able to murder my baby without judgment. These kinds of topics are all over the televisions newspapers and internet. So Here are some solutions. #1. Pink is a color if a color has the power to bother you that much you are a very shallow person and you need something more to fill up your day, just be happy that you have a daughter, mine is no longer with me. #2. Women have the same rights as men in this country stop whining, you have made it, you are there, you are equal, actually that last one is not true women now have more rights than men do.#3. If you do something evil and gross people are going to think of you differently.
I recently saw a post on wordpess that was talking about how a woman had used crack while she was pregnant and the baby died, she was charged with depraved heart murder. anyway long story short the person who wrote this post was like so happy because this woman got by with murder, she was saying thank you to this woman like she had just saved a baby from a burning building rather than the fact that she just killed her own, it actually made me sick to my stomach, and she was quite furious with me for saying the situation was disgusting. Then proceeded to inform me how breeders like me make her sick and that my boys should be taught respect, or they would end up dead or in prison with the other rapists and murderers. Now i was trying to hold back my anger until then but that comment was the last straw. For one thing I teach my children to respect those who deserve their respect, and to leave the trashy ones alone altogether, but it wasnt that she tried to make it personal that really bothered me, it was that this is a commen attitude towards boys and men now, and that makes me so sad for my sons. But i will try my hardest to raise my children right and teach them never to take crap from a woman just because she is a woman. And i can speak up and say women stop acting stupid try to remember what is important in life. I know its been a long time since most of you have done that ( if ever) but please try. Now dont get me wrong i know there are still some good women out there, but man its getting bad, i would say maybe 4 out of every 10 women are actually good moral women. How has it gotten this far? how have women, the ones who were once thought of as the most moral and nurturing, turned into this. I dont know, but it really is a sad situation.

Firstly, I agree with the bulk of this except I DO know the answers as to WHY this has got to this point – I just will not air them in a public forum. Few will like the answer, and nobody needs to invite a fire war here. However, we can talk privately if you wish. Email me.

And speaking of which – I sincerely hope you avoid the above mentioned vitriolic hater like the plague. People say all sorts of stupid, stupid things and yes, they deserve to be called onto the carpet for them. Sadly, they play by a whole different rule book, and the same sort of warped reasoning that caused her to make such comments is exactly what you will invite by being the one with the stones to call her on it. When people make hideous and inflammatory remarks, their ignorance tends to speak for itself. Anyone with half a brain would have drawn your conclusion and given her a well deserved wide berth, unfollowed or reported as inflammatory. Just try hard not to slip into the quagmire and mudwrestle with a troll. πŸ™‚

As the mother of a son (and a daughter) myself, I understand your fears for their future. Rest assured, there are still good women out there and good men in the making. What your boys will look for in future wives is what they see first in you, be that good or bad. Make sure you have the moral fiber and courage to give them the best possible example.

    • Thank you for your comment, i am avoiding this person cause i know that some people you just can’t reach. If you had told me a few years ago that my boys would look for the qualities they see in me, in other women it would have scared me to death. But now i think maybe that wouldn’t be to bad. Oh and i don’t know your email address.

This blog seems like a friendly place and I’d like to know what you’re thinking too. I’ve mined more feminist works than I care to admit and always on the hunt to find some new angle to shine light on the hypocrisy of feminism.

It’s not stupid at all! Your daughter in one with us all in Christ but being closer to her in this life you can recognize her in Him. You may not hear her voice but your heart can hear hers and vice versa. The language of God is high than our words.

I can’t believe I missed this post!! I think you’ve been stealing from my playbook lol! Ah well, thanks for the breath of fresh air. If you want to see some real feminist claptrap in Christianity look at this article (http://blog.cbeinternational.org/2014/04/modeling-gender-equality-in-childrens-stories/). I commented there but they refuse to approve it. I can email you what I wrote which wasn’t offensive in the least but a correction to the author’s narrow-sighted claims. I can deal with feminism in world because we all know the world could care less about the truth. It does however strike much closer to home when Christians dabble with that word.

Did you see Matt Walsh’s recent post about feminism? Apparently there are a good number of women (and men) that think Christianity and feminism are compatible from the comments. The “pro-choice” feminists are a “radical fringe” in their point of view. Talk about fairy tales……The Little Mermaid is more believable than that claim!

  8. Wow, this was a great read. Feminism bothers me. Women do have the same rights as men, but throw fits as if they are being held back from everything. Have they looked at the politicians in office right now? Have they seen all the women in those high ranking positions? The only person holding them back from being treated fairly, is themselves. If they go after something with determination, they’ll achieve it, but if they sit back and complain they’ll get nothing. It’s up to them. Regarding that blog post you read about the woman who did crack and killed her baby, the blogger’s response to that situation are horrendous. Who would cheer over such a thing? Unbelievable.

  9. I have to say, I am kind of disappointed. I fully expected to read some strong opposition but nary a one. I keep meaning to write my own post on this, because I don’t think all the points that feminists are bad but I do have issues with how they treat people who disagree with them. It is either their way or the highway and no room for discussion.

  13. Unfortunately, there will always be those individuals within a group, or in this case, gender, who will give the entire group a bad image. This is why so many people have a problem with the idea of feminism. Unfortunately, extremism is a commonality in all groups these days, and these extreme voices tend to overpower the rest. No one, whether pro life or pro choice, should applaud an act such as abortion. I believe women have a right to their bodies, but it saddens me that someone would applaud that choice in such a manner. I’m glad I didn’t read that post because I would have given that woman a verbal bitch slapping she’d never forget. An abortion is a traumatic experience, and anyone who boasts about it has major mental issues.

    • You are right about extremists, they usually speak the loudest so they become the only voices heard, which is very damaging to any cause. If feminism was still in its first wave I would be a part of it myself. As far as abortion gos I am totally against it, I believe women should have the rights to their bodies but not when it involves killing another person. Thanks for taking the time to read and comment.

      • Indeed! And I understand why you and others are against it. The problem I have is how people talk about it as if it’s some random decision people make every day. Abortion shouldn’t be a form of birth control, and I think this is the problem we’re seeing. People talk about it in that manner, and that’s not right. We both agree it’s the extreme voices that alter the content of ideology sad to say.

  14. I agree. I came across this video the other day about how men should not cat call. Oh my god, seriously! Maybe is just me, but I thought that was stupid. I have never been treated that way and even worked in an exclusive men’s field. I just couldn’t believe someone thought they had to do this and/or write a book about (I think the lady did or something. Gave up after listening a bit.) Anyways, I feel for men and think women need to fix their priorities. Great Post!!
