Why men should not be defining feminism and femininity
What a great post
Not really directing this towards anyone specifically, there are many, many articles written by so called feminist men. This particular post was just a classic example of what I speak of, “Why it is necessary to challenge parodies of feminism.”
When I first started speaking out against feminism, what I was not prepared for was so much outright hostility from men. That caught me unaware and surprised me. Also, allow me to play the girl card here, but it was also flippin scary, terrifying actually. Kind of blows all my arguments against male privilege and oppression when “feminist men,” start trying to silence you. That is a parody of feminism right there. There’s nothing quite like having men shrieking at you about male privilege and doing their darndest to prove it’s a real thing in the world.
I hardly know where to start on this post, so I’ll just highlight some…

Zombie Food
Okay so i have gotten a few requests for pictures of zombie food, it seems most people are not obsessed with zombies like i am, and they have no idea what that even means. So i thought i would go ahead and post them today, these foods are great for Halloween parties or if your like me just a boring weekday. I also included a few of my favorite zombie pics, just cause i like em. I could totally be on an episode of the walking dead, lol. Oh and the makeup is really easy to do and very cheap, So if anybody wants to know how i do it, or wants one of these recipes just drop a comment and ask.

Police officers should walk out
Why do we even have police officers? Seriously, I mean if they do their job and protect us against criminals then we are just going to ruin their careers, put them on trial, and call them murderers. I would not blame them if every police officer out there just quit right now. Police officers cant even protect themselves against a violent criminal without worrying about being prosecuted for it, so how can we expect them to continue to do their jobs. I think they should all just walk out, and let eveyone see how bad things would be without them.
What a sad shape our nation is in, that we treat the good guys like the criminals.

Near Death Experience
Hey everybody, i hope all yawl out there in bloggy land are doing good.
I am great but soooooo sore, the past few days my hubby and i have been on a job chopping and splitting wood and that stuff is hard work, but i love it. I would much rather be doing the really strenuous type of labor than doing laundry or something like that. Plus as an added bonus, i unintentionally scared my husband half to death. See he was using the chainsaw and i would come and grab the logs to take over to the wood splitter. Well i was running out of the logs he had done in another section, so i went up behind him and was picking a log up and when he went to turn around he kinda swung the chainsaw,(not knowing i was behind him) and he just barely missed my head. I know it scared the crap out of him because all of the color left his face. Truthfully i really shouldnt have been behind him but i wasnt thinking at the time, needless to say i’ll not do that again. Here are some pics.
Finally feels like spring
Hey everybody,
my husband bought me this beautiful plant the other day and i thought i would share some pics of it.
Its called a fuchsia plant and it is so vibrant and pretty, i just love it. I had to include a picture of my pretty pink dogwood in our front yard.

Eyes are the windows to the soul
Look in someons eyes and you can see there soul,
in some you see life and joy, others just a dark hole.
Past mistakes and painful times
they make a mark and leave their lines.
Life gets hard and its easy to lose hope,
But you have to keep trying you cant just sit and mope.
Faith and endurance is what you will need,
Cause this thing called life can be tough indeed.
The Mirror Lies
She doesnt feel pretty she hasnt for a while,

The time of her beauty has passed her by,

The mirror is no longer her friend,
but when its not near her she can still pretend.
